What is the Built in Pressure ratio (BIPR) in a screw air compressor?

It's the natural increase in pressure you get from the compressor without a valving system on the high pressure side.

The answer is intuitively obvious even to the most casual observer;

The Built in pressure ratio for a screw air compressor is 12
