How do you remove the oil filter adapter housing on a 2001 f250 2wd with a 5.4?

I've already watched this video. Mine is different. I also forgot to include that mine is two wheel drive.

What a crappy video. The mechanic might know what he is doing, but who ever is the videographer and writes the script needs to find a new line of work.
