So I don't get it. I'm going to hold a stylus in my hand and draw on a pad where the only visual feedback is on a screen, which decreases my accuracy. Then a robot is going to hold a pen and do the actual drawing on paper. Why am I not just holding the pen to the paper?

I like my digitiser pads with built-in screens, but instead of using a digitiser in this video, show someone doing this using their iPad or Android device. Wireless connectivity is always sexier.

Insofar as showing a single robot replicating the artist's strokes on a single sheet of paper, show 20 robots doing it in concert on 20 sheets of paper, all in sync with the artist. As the artist's strokes are digitally captured, they can be replicated ad infinitum, no?

Good hint, thanks. My wacom tablet suits also good because it gives out the orientation and pressure of the pen, I don’t know if others are doing this to.

Yep, 20 Robots or more are not a big problem. It is also nice if you built in a software transmission, so if you move quite far the robot is only moving a tenth of it - very accurately, let's say for engraving.

Once you've the data you can do anything with it. Scale it, mirror-image it, whatever. That would make it sexier too.

Yeah, I'd definitely show someone doing this using an iToy or Android device as they're so common - not to mention fingers. That would appeal to a much wider audience, no?

Neat, but what's the expected application for this demonstration? From the kickstarter page it looks like some sort of cheaper real-time remote control over the internet?

This is only a demonstrator so far. I want to show the real-time capabilities of our motors and gain some awareness to the Kickstarter campaign.

The Application is not connected to the Internet, and the motors usually are not too. The IoT is only a very common subject today and the motors are capable to be controlled over the internet. But there is no use case on why I should control the motors over Internet.
