Formula required

In the absence of the inlet and outlet temperatures of the heat transfer fluid, its flowrate and its thermal capacity, the answer is zero; no formula is needed for that.

Oh, and the inlet and outlet conditions of the air and its flowrate. That would help too.

Dela T6 ( present condition) , what will the maximum TR can achieve in this cooling coil & how to calculate time required to achieve the temperature from 28 to 24 degree

It is understandable that a Mechanical Engineering section will pay scant attention to fluid dynamics, as this topic falls outside the remit of this discipline; after all, many individuals believe that metal-bashing is all that Engineering is about and nothing else.

However, fluid conditions are the items that are needed to provide an answer to the questions posed in the original posting. At the moment, the size of connections onto the equipment is completely irrelevant.

Has the original equipment manufacturer responded to telephone calls on the topic or is this new-build?

see the specs plate so that you don't need to compute. If you want still to compute, see a mechanical engineer. If you are one, I just don't know where you've been. Or search google or youtube.

IS the AHU capacity in kW? BTU/hr? AC Tons? Grains of sand cooled to 24 C per hour?

Formula : E=mc2

You left a lot of useful parameters out of consideration, so go back to your homework question, and the example in the textbook, and fill us in on details. Otherwise go do your own homework.
