Hi there! I listen a lot to previously downloaded music (mainly on my Android Phone and Apple tablet) cause I use to be in areas with limited or no acces to data / WiFi.
I also listen at music on a Mac Pro, and a PC.
For the last years I had a subscription to Spotify, which was great, but after a certain time I eventually ended listening more or less at the same music most of the time.
To get some "fresh air" I quitted Spotify and subscribed to Apple music. The next day I noticed that Itunes had uploaded all my music (from the PC, Mac Pro and Tablet´s HDD ) to "Icloud".
So far, no big deal. For some days I listened to the music streamed over the app, and even "downloaded" a couple of songs to my phone.
Last weekend, while having no access to data of any kind I tried to listen at some music but it was all gone!
"All" does not only mean the music "rented" from Itunes, but also my own music (which had been backed up to the cloud).
The titles, artwork, etc from each song were there, but it was just an empty shell; cause the music was somewhere else and required access to the web in order to play it back.....
I understand that while subscribed to Itunes the user can download music into each of his devices, whereas this music will not be sinced to the other devices the user has, but remain locally stored.
On the other hand the "rented" music as well as those songs previously stored on my gadgets should to be played back without access to internet.
In your experience: are these "issues" normal or is there something wrong in my config.
