3D Origami Paper Swan (HD) Tell Me What You Think!

Thank you for your interest and please let me know what you think! Here is the video link:
Here is the video description:

Instructions for how to make the triangles here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=74z3n...
This project took about a month to finish. I did not come up with the concept, but did come up with the color scheme. This paper swan uses a technique called "3D Origami". It just means making a ton of little triangles out of paper and sticking them together. No glue is required! There are about 500 pieces altogether. Check out my other video in the description for a tutorial on how to make your own creations!

Thank you for all the support that I have received from the CR4 community!

Very nice swan and a great video....
...but you know this and I suspect you know you can do better. Your bridge was better and the fact that it was significantly load bearing makes it all the more interesting.
You can make beautiful objects. It is a foregone conclusion using someone elses design. It may take a month of tedious work, but the outcome was never in question. Of course you could, from your previous work, no one had any doubt.
You could rest on your achievements and be content with your current skills, or you could continue to expand and improve your already formidable skill set.
If you want to grow, push yourself. Commit to making something outside your comfort zone, something you don't know how to do well right now, something you would really find impressive if someone else were to do it....something that committing to is a little bit scary.
And then commit to a deadline to finish.
We can help in lots of ways. One big way in which we can help right away is to be a place to announce your project and deadline...an accountability sounding board.
I'd be far more intersted in seeing a venture outside your comfort zone that results in something ugly you made in just the nick of time for the deadline that works, maybe just barely but it works...... than the next undeniably beautiful construction that remained well within your comfort zone.

This interests me, truth is not a compromise. In my last video, someone suggested working with warping wood. I have never tried that and I would like to do it from home if that is possible. I am out of school currently an d will be gone from home for a month a few weeks from now. When school resumes I could use the tools at school to attempt something with warped wood. This is just one idea. what are your thoughts?

That sounds like a fine idea.
Setting timelines/goals and then reviewing, holding yourself accountable, and having a formal process for reassessment/modification of goals is well worth gaining familiarity with.
Research and plannning is needed before you ever need tool, so perhaps scheduling some time for fleshing out what you want to make, designing it and then developing the processes for manufacture could allow you to be ready to start using tools once they are available.
So what processes are you considering for bending? Chemical softening with ammonia or alkali solutions? Steaming in a bag or box? Gluing thin laminations? Kurfing? Providing restrictive forms into which trees are forced to grow and conform?(this last one will need to allow considerable time for the trees to do their part.)
