Tactile LCD (Braille on Chip)

hello I'm looking for a braille array on a chip, ie a tactile lcd. I know theyre out there but I cant locate the chip/component manf. Can anyone point me in the right direction. Cheers!

Not so cheap as an LCD, unfortunately.

I couldn't find anything that wasn't built in to a finished unit, but Intel is supposed to be working on a tactile display. For now, voice recognition software (like "Dragon Naturally Speaking") might provide an affordable alternative.
