Sorry if this is a dumb question but in The Engineer 30 Jul - 12 Aug in an article about bio fuels they said this .........Quote "And because they are derived from plants, they are effectively carbon-neutral when they burn — the CO2 released from their combustion would have been released anyway when the plants decomposed." End quote.
