Ashraf, Welcome to the forum. Can you give us more details like which gas/gasses (emmission) and what output you require 4-20ma or 0-10vdc etc. The more details you put in your question the more meaningful answer you will get, and please avoid putting questions in CAPS. Good luck !! Chaterpilar.

Thanks Ashraf for formatting your original post and also giving the inputs.

But, you have not mentioned whether these analysers do have any analog outputs which can be tapped and monitored from control room.

I suggest you involve the local instrumentation man also.

Good luck,

Chaterpilar

https://pia.khe.siemens.com/efiles/analytics/catalogs/pa01_en/PA01_en_Kap02.pdf

CEMS Continuous Emissions Monitor system, type IR,

measurement for co, co2, nox, so, nh3, ch4, h20, o2

Obtain CEMS certification in accordance with EPA regulations, attent smoke school and obtain certification, learn to visually read stack emissions.

Comission 10 minute, 6 minute, 1 minute continuous emissions data logger and maintain daily CEMs manual log.

I would highly recommend to ditch the above system.

Select a CEMS system certified to accuracies only obtainbable with a

spectrometer. Why purchase CO2 tonnage in excess as measured by IR when the spectrometer is highly accurate, near zero tolerance, high resolution, eliminate excess NOX purchases.

I presume you want to measure NOx, CO, CO2, and SOx.

For these compounds you can use Photo Ionization Detectors (PID) and Flame Ionization Detectors (FID). There are many manufacturers that are selling portable units.

If he is analysing what goes out of his stack----he ought to measure(analyse)O2 also.

Suggest he asks Info@OceanOptics.com with full problem-for a Spectrometric Solution
