Without a well defined U.S. presence and distribution system, I say try at your own risk and don't expect any tech support.

That doesn't mean that I think it's junk, I just wouldn't want to be the first to rely on it for cooling my house.

I think it's for those without grid access but with funds access.

Solar chillers for domestic use used to be made in Australia in the 1970's, using the absorption chiller concept (as per gas refrigerators).

I have been trying to find one but they are pretty rare these days.

There was a Japanese manufacturer in the 2000's too.

This is hard to evaluate, because there is almost no readable information here. You, or somebody, should give a basic description of the operating principles of this system.

The unit runs on 50% grid power, 220V and 50% power from solar cell panels. That's why they call it hybrid. Quality is indeterminate and they are pushing for potential distributors to place sample orders to evaluate the quality. With the largest unit potentially needing a 2000-3000 watt solar panel, the price may not be too far out of line.

Here is another company that is offering the same type of product. Within the website, there is a host of information to assist in making an evaluation. Maybe engineers can use this information to make a determination.
