i apolgize for my lack of knowledge ,but interest in lighting by other than electric bulbs , what is a nano-sized piezo-electric crystal ,

Are you asking for the address of a LAB so that you can fabricate your own design or are you asking for general information....on research?

Not sure if we're on the same page, but if your talking about nano electric generator technology,,,,, I don't believe it's actually a chrystal. It's zinc oxide wire (grown) in a lab on a "base plate" with another plate mounted on top.

If this is what you're refferring to, it may not be available yet. I read an article yesterday saying it will be available for commercial use within 3 years.
