Good News! U.S. Factory Orders Increasing

According to the U.S. Department of Commerce, orders to U.S. factories rose by 2.2% in October, erasing a 1.4% decline in September. Overall the economy looks pretty good with energy prices stabilizing.

Military Spending

It's interesting that Yahoo ignored military spending. According to the BBC News, "The 142% jump in orders for military aircraft and parts, and 51% rise for civilian jets, helped offset a 1% decline for cars and car parts."
