Temp Controller Addressing

i have trouble replacing old temp controller with new one despite of similarities in model no. it corrupts all the other controllers.i have followed all the configuration on the manual but still it doesnt work...

Perhaps you have a bad controller to start with. ask the manufacturer to demo.

First ensure that the input values, sensor type and outputs are indeed the same. In one of the programming sequences check if it is either a PID with auto tune or a basic on/off controller. Double check that you have not crossed your wires connected to the controller and that you are using the correct relay output.

One simple way to do all of these is to have power up the old controller and go through both controllers at the same time ensuring each programmable step is the same, that way you are sure to find where it may be different to the new one.
