First, you may want to ask yourself some questions.

First is about your passion for wireless networking/comm. (IT), how long have you been interested.

What were you interests prior to IT, and how long did it hold your interest.

With lack of a better words, what sacrifices are you willing to make. Time invested in training, education, whether it is in schooling as will as some type of apprenticeship.

Do you see where I am going with this?

Like any careers especially a technical one. There is not one book or even books for learning. No short cuts. Even if you find someone to show you the ropes so to speak without formal training, one still has to pay ones dues.

And like any other job or career, you have to answer some of the basic questions and your interest is more than short term. Then you can invest yourself into this.

I am not trying to turn you away from your dreams, its just that myself, I love engineering, and I'm sure others may agree, paying the dues to get were you want to be can be stressful. (And I'm still traveling )

p.s. I have read your earlier posts

hello. thanks a lot, sorry for responding so late, i have been busy with school work as i am rounding up my final semester. sincerely speaking, it is not that i have a strong passion for wireless comm./IT, but i want to develop my self in an engineering field and i am ready to devote my time and resources into learning, my choice of wireless technology is because i see it as a field with opportunities. my education here so far has not provided a skill that i can apply to earn a living and have a proffesional career. that is what i am trying to work out myself, if not, i'll have to accept what i get. i really need your proffesional advice and direction. thanks a lot once again.

A good source of information and equipment. Sumetimes an wireless solution is more economical than string wire.

B&B Electronics - RS-422, RS-232, RS-485 protocol converters and more
