Not getting VHDL program for RAM AND ROM design

Hello everybody, pls send e-mail if u have software of RAM and ROM design by verilog HDL.

It's on the top floor of WHSmith, just down there from Caffé Uno on the left. That's it, just opposite HMV. You can't miss it.
