have you.....?

hi guys,

any of you had ever use the SRM400 module?

i have a problem with the SRM400 module.i had gotten the desired waveforms when i probed at the desired points/pins .however,i couldnt get the exact distance even though i had tuned the VR1,VR2 and the impedance matching transformer IFT. ti seemed there was no difference.is there anyway to detect how far the module can works?which components do i need to adjust?

thank you

First, you need to be more specific with your questions. The chance of someone on the forum knowing what a "SRM400" is are not very good. Since the majority of the Google results were for a "Sonar Ranging Module", I'm guessing that is what you are talking about. The datasheet for the module <http://www.prowave.com.tw/pdf/SRM400.pdf> says it is good for measuring a distance of 25-150cm. If you are getting the correct waveforms, but incorrect results, I would say you might have a problem with the method you are using to compute the distance, not a problem with the module.
