The six pack rings might seem like a good idea at the outset, but training sea creatures to eat them seems unwise unless they are all made this way....which they are not...Getting all our sea life searching for six pack rings as a source of food would result in them all choking to death on the plastic ones....more unintended consequences from simple minded do-gooders....could be the result

The aquaponics is also a closed loop that can accumulate toxins over time...

One interesting bit is the Homebiogas thing.

When I seen it first it was a little "AHA".

Straight after I heard a comment that it produces Ammonia.

Seems it does.

This could be seen as not very healthy.

If contamination can be prevented from home projects, fine, but one has to make sure that in search of low polluting energy sources, we do not eventually create new pollution in our backyards.

I did like the movie otherwise, because it creates a bit of a sense for where we have some solvable problems and where we can make an impact.

As I said, some may not be so good, but interesting.
