I'm sure someone at ABB can help. I suggest you e-mail them, or telephone if it's urgent.

If <...get result...> is what is truly wanted, then pick up the , because that is what it is for. "Time is money." - Anonymous Poster #0

You definitely need somebody from ABB to assist you with setup on these controls...

You're right there. The section on parameters in ABB doc 3AUA0000045497 (Firmware Manual, ACS850 Standard Control Program) has nothing remotely like A.154 in the entries listed for parameter 21.01

It might mean that the control engages start automatically when the residual magnetic hysteresis reaches a certain percentage ....but I'm just guessing....

<...Hope...> is not a strategy. This places other people, with no incentive to help, in control of the outcome.

is the tool that will yield results, and all that is missing is the skill and willingness to use it. "Time is money." - Anonymous Poster #0

They are fault codes.

21.01 is where you specify the Speed Reference signal to come from. I suspect that you are reading it when the drive is running, so you are seeing a code of some sort, relating to the "D2D" (Drive to Drive) reference "pointer" that is taking the speed command FROM some register in the other drive.

They aren't fault codes though, ABB uses 4 digit numerical codes for faults.
