Transmission Line Design

Dear Sirs,

In the 220 kV transmission line design works, if the actual wind span is 450 metres in the DD type of tower, and the span as obtained from tower spotting data from tower designer is 681 metre, is wind span limitation violated?

It depends entirely upon what the design standards document says, which document cannot be read from here.
