Thank you for your reply. We have already done it. The manufacutre is no longer Teledyne Continental is L-3 Communication (CPS).

The vendor did advise us with regards to one supplier. We are looking for more potential suppliers in order to preform a competition. If you have any recommendation other than Niagara, I would be more than happy to hear.

My organization would be willing to do business with a U.S Vendor that has the component Oil Collers manufactrured outside of the U.S if it will be cost efficient compare to U.S manufacture that manufacture in the U.S.
