07/28/2018 7:49 AM

Don't see him listed, nor have I seen him on a electronic forum.

Too bad, he talked about a spouse issue on several posts. Hopefully he's working things out. Thanx SE

Shortly before TCMTech was disappeared, he and I had a brief controversy about home generators backfeeding to the electrical grid. I think he was wrong, but he never attacked me improperly.

I would like to contact him for further discussion, but now the CR4 search functions are so limited that I can't find anything about him (or anyone else).

Has it become impossible to send him a PM?

Just today an old thread of his got a new reply. I tried to send him a PM, but his CR4 mailbox has been deactivated. Maybe he was nasty enough for that to happen, but I have doubts.

Here is what I tried to send to him:

It has been quite some time since I have seen you on the forum. I, for one, miss your input.

Even though we once disagreed on an issue about private generators possibly backfeeding to the grid, for the most part I enjoyed your opinions.

I don't know what quarrel, or with whom, got you "busted" here. The moderation here sometimes leaves a lot to be desired.

In any case, I would enjoy hearing from you.

Thank you for that. I too miss him. I can't remember the electronics forum. It may have been All About Circuits. I contacted the admin/moderators, but never got a response.

If you do see him in electronic form, I hope you will elaborate.

He used to be on several electronics forums I visit. He's hasn't been on those either. Whatever it was, happened between Fall of 2017 and March April of 2018. I was off line due to Irma/Maria.

In a post from a few years ago he stated his GPS coordinates.

It was one of those posts where people saying.. Don't come onto my property!. I've got guns! (James S)

he laid out the welcome wagon but said to watch out for something.

If you can find that entry I believe it included a satellite photo as well.

And yes my memory works in strange ways.

Jay Marvin ) radio host... his first time with wls. That's the passion I imagine tcm has.

And I miss them both.

I actually tried to pm him in the first days he was gone and it was closed. .so I know it probably wasn't his oil heater that took him out

How does that pertain? TCMTech says a few things with which I disagree, but nothing especially bad.

Once again S.E. I thank you. That puts it into perspective. We'd just started digging out from Irma/Maria. Project Loon stated they made over 100,000 connections over that time. I never understood how, as the cell sites/infrastructure was down.
