Best Way to Remove Copper Enamel Coating from Magnet Wire

For electric motor repair and manufacturing,you maybe use traditional enamel wire stripping tool to remove copper enamel from magnet wire and then use oxy-acetylene welding machine to weld copper wires.It is time consuming for mass production. Is there any new machine not to remove coating for electric motor manufacturing?

A soldering iron with a blob of molten solder and some flux works just fine here.

There is a method, but it's covered by a patent lodged by my previous employer with me listed as the inventor.

Unable to divulge this intellectual property.

You might research "welding" methods and find one that does not use any filler feed wire and can be highly automated.

dude my workshop is using brown gas generator for welding, no need to strip the coating, its easy you just try it
