Can someone here lead us to information about Detroit Diesel Electronic Controls service? We are searching for the electronic control information regarding Detroit Diesel 16VF-1293 NF. We tried contacting them by phone but no response. Can someone here guide us properly? We are writing from Nigeria, Africa. Thank you.

The controls for this engine may be produced by some other entity than the engine mfr itself; one example could be Woodward Governors. Can you see anything on the governor (or other electronic package) that gives info beyond the engine data alone?

Ukeje, remember that their time zone is 5 hours behind Nigeria. Try to contact them between 14h00 and 21h00 Nigerian time.
