If you are willing to pay a little bit more to get it tomorrow, call McMaster Carr. If you want a quality product from a name you know and trust, call someone else. I use them aplenty, but in my experience, you won't know who made it until you get it; and sometimes, not even then.

You do not buy bulk supplies from a retail operation. All they do is buy boxfuls and sell one at a time; if someone is foolish enough to buy a box full, that is just manna from heaven.

Buy 10000 and you will find the manufacturer on the packing box inclusive other details.

If you are luck they are packed in tens and you can sell the stuff for 9999 times for a profit.
