Microchannel formed in PC chip

Microchannel plates have been used for years in image intensification tubes for night vision. They were not originally made by photolithographic means but I am not up on what they may be doing now. ITT Electro-Optical in Roanoke Virginia is one such company but there are several others you might find by googling terms such as night vision or image intensification. Hope this helps.
