Melt the Al and Ga in inert atmosphere and mix in desired amounts.

Seems so simple that I don't know why you posted this.

Speaking of Gallium, has anyone ever really explored the VAST possibilities of this Marvelous substance??

It's a perfect mirror,

it's used in the making of White LED Lamps,

and it separates the hydrogen from oxygen so we can burn the hydrogen,

and breathe the oxygen..

Amazing....

I also have heard that it conducts (Heat or cold) 40 times greater than water??

Even that it has been used effectively for treating Virus's in animals??

Any more uses??

As you can tell, I think this is amazing stuff..

Sure. Did you know that Gallium is one of only a very few substances that expands when it freezes? How many uses can you thnk of for something like that? Water is another one, that starts to expand as it's cooled below about 4 C. If ice wasn't less dense than water, the lakes and oceans in cold climates would freeze solid in winter.
