2. Sheet width – 50mm
3. Lamination dia (required) – 45mm
4. Lamination bore – 9mm
5. No. of Slots – 12(near rectangular –2*5 mm)
· In Progressive tooling what is the No. of stages required to get the required part.
· What is the productivity achievable on a 15hr working/day.
· Is it possible to stack individual laminations of certain length together, instead of loose laminations, using the same press.
Can anyone help me to plan this facility. The required volume would be 0.3 million stampings per day.
