hard facing[aluminaface]

hello,

can some body tell me about alumina face sheet i want to attached it to ultrasonic piezo transducer to prtect from scraching. which company manufacture this seet actually i want 10mm & 24mm dia. roun disk of 0.8 mm thick is this readily available

Go to Globalspec.com and search for "alumina." I found several manufacturers.

do you have a piece of aluminum that you want hard coated? or are you looking for a rod that is already hard coated?
