Sucking insect of some kind.

Not a spider or bee as there are not enough compound eyes.

Beautiful magnification to see the scales on the external surface.

it appears that the Mango Seed Weevil

is the lesser of the two weevils.

Let us be thankful that the seed-like scales are not the size of mango seeds.
