	what is the process and conditions for oil reclamation for extra high voltage transformer when it's energized and this method is safe or not i didn't find any thing about this technique in standard

	You cannot reclaim Tfx oil on a live Tfx. Once the level drops the Tfx will explode and you and your crew will be dead. However, you can recycle the Tfx oil while energised to clean it of impurities, water and other contaminant gases and I will not explain how to do that here. Reclaiming oil from a live Tfx, it is NOT SAFE. Recycling Tfx is Safe. Salaam Alaikum

	Maybe he was mislead in understanding reclaim and recycle. When cycling down hill one can freewheel. When going up hill one must recycle. When reaching the top of the hill, one stops to reclaim ones breath and energy.
