If its pressure drop, the only way to retify is to decrease volicity by increasing pipe size which as become undersized. Install a pilot operated pressure reducing valve (PRV)like the Spirax DP17 or Bailey G$ or Yoshitake 2000 to sense downstream and maintain pre-set pressure if up steam fluctuates and vice versa a back pressure PRV to sence the back presuure and maintain down stream. If it is back pressure only than a non retirn valves safeguards.If leakage plug it.

Install a pilot-operated Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV)like the Spirax DP17 or Bailey G4 or Yoshitake Model: 2000 to sense downstream and maintain pre-set pressure if up steam pressure fluctuates and vice versa a back pressure PRV to sense the back pressure and maintain down stream. If it is back pressure only than a non return valves safeguards against any back pressure where 2 or Compressors working in parallel. If leakage check with Ultrasonic Leak Detector or carry out soap-test and for God's sake plug it.
