Lack of any identifying marks or symbols would suggest this was custom manufactured for specialty purpose...Reminds me of a schrader valve wrench I have that stores spare needles...

Did you try to have Google identify the image? Sometimes it will lead you directly to the manufacturer.

Did you mean "extra screws" OR "extra bits"?

Do you specifically want the one pictured or will any multi bit torx driver do?

Looks like a job for someone with 3D CAD software and a 3D printer if you really need the form factor. It's about an hour print time and $10 worth of material on a Dimension SST1200es. Otherwise the stubby bit driver with the spare bit cavity looks close enough to work.

Hey guys and gals, thx all for replies. Sticky wicket I see. I acquired this tool and do not know its origin. Looking for a short torx bit with a chamber, screw-on cap to store extra screws. Economical.
