how do i stop getting emails from cr4???????????????????????????

If you are a registered user of CR4, go into your profile, click the Edit Your Profile button; then change your preferences a setting that fills your needs. If after doing so, you still have problems, send an email to cr4admin@globalspec.com.

The other possibility is to create a folder and call it GlobalSpec.

In Outlook use; Tools , Rules wizard

Create a "rule" for your mail to automatically send any mail from GlobalSpec to that folder.

You can also set the properties of your new folder to automatically delete these E-mails after a period i.e. 1 Week

This way you don't have to un-subscribe from your favorite topics.
