What format do you hope to get your threads in? If you want full pages (with comments, etc) then saving the page is really your only method. The suggestion to tag threads you think you'll want to save is a good one... that will certainly make it easier to find "the good ones" later.

There is an experimental way to get a summary of your posts as an RSS feed, but that will not include the comments made by others. (If can be useful for finding them though.) If you think that might help then contact me via private mail and I'll show you how to set it up.
