I'm not exactly sure from your description, but the shuttering for the inverted beam can be supported by "saddles" that straddle over the top of the beam shuttering to stop them spreading.
If you are concerned about "sag" across the span, then you might need to have an "I" beam that spans the total pour that suspends the shuttering and can be removed once the concrete has cured (not just set). Note this beam is only to support the shuttering and not the slab/beam during cure.
You might consult local "formwork carpenters" for their advice. They often face challenges through their career, like tapered curved formwork for reservoir outlets.
