torque values

looking for torque values on assembling cast steel flanges on old valves to steel pipe flanges 3/4-10 lubed with anti-seize

Refer to the piping standard applicable to the size and configuration of the flanges.

My question is really about torque values for assemblies and not just fasteners where you are bolting together cast iron flanges with flat faces to raised faced steel pipe flanges.
