It is personally/politically dangerous for individuals in some countries to submit queries, view certain websites, and discuss any number of topics openly over the Internet and elsewhere. I suspect such may be the case here, given the poster's obvious reluctance to discuss his/her reasons for not doing a Google search. My impression is that the OP is being highly circumspect.
Speaking of Google searches, a number of countries censor certain topics to the extent that the attempt will not work at all. I'd bet, for instance, that cnpower would get nothing (and not more than that, hopefully, politically speaking) if he were to google "Tiananmen Square." Chinese Nationals visiting this country don't recognize the famous news footage at all and most have never heard of the incident. It's censored in China, among a million other things.
We can't assume the OP is free to speak. Or to search.
CR4 may be among the websites that are not banned, and our OP may be asking us to investigate this matter on his behalf for whatever his (unstated) reasons.
Where??? --So all can re-read, please state which post in which he has indicated the position you have taken in your previous replies.
By the way I don't necessarily disagree with your opinion, but, he could say, "I can't access Google in my country we have restrictions" I'm sure everyone would jump at the chance to help him.
So far I haven't seen this indication in any of his posts -- mainly arrogance, possibly frustration.
The acronym FIDIC stands for Fédération Internationale Des Ingénieurs-Conseils, French for the International Federation of Consulting Engineers. The fact that the organisation has a French title bears testimony to its foundation in 1913 by three countries each wholly or partly francophone. The founding member countries of the FIDIC were Belgium, France and Switzerland.
Located at the World Trade Center in Switzerland, FIDIC aims to represent globally the consulting engineering industry by promoting the business interests of firms supplying technology-based intellectual services for the built and natural environment. Run mostly by volunteers, FIDIC is well known in the consulting engineering industry for its work in defining Conditions of Contract for the Construction Industry worldwide.
Companies and organizations belonging to FIDIC national Member Associations are encouraged to announce themselves as FIDIC members and use the FIDIC logo. The use of the logo is strictly controlled.
I guess it would be prudent to site Wiki at this juncture. Would that make me less of a GURU?

inayat hussain is way out of line. I was very surprised that CR-3 even bothered to continue to help even after the arrogant attitude of, inayat hussain.
This wrong way of saying thank you , just you heard some words somewhere and asked for clarifications , you should have done some work (google work) , atleast long form with little back up and than post the discussion could have made the difference, these people here are really experianced , knowlegeble and wise to answer and reply to post like yours which appeared so slugish , this is already a topic of discussion you can look for
CR4 "gurus" are merely people who have too much time on their hands and/or talk too much. Once you've exceeded 500 posts, or something like that, you're a "guru."
