What causes the above mentioned alarms to appear ????

The features mentioned in the operation and maintenance manual under those headings.

Without knowing the manufacturer or part number of the equipment it is impossible for the forum to direct to the right page in the manual, though.

A rag stuck in a valve disk could do this, but that is only one scenario among many.

What do CI and OP mean in this context?
