Probably located on one of the interior panels of the charger, or possibly the owner's manual...

Here is a typical 12v battery charger circuit diagram....many others to choose from...

Is there some reason why this cannot be obtained by contacting <...Bosch...> using the telephone?

Is this a 48V 16A battery charger for some form of battery powered equipment like a sweeper, pedestrian stacker, golf cart or similar?

If it is an automatic charger then you may find that for the unit to work it needs to sense a battery on the output.

I just repaired a 36V 25A auto charger for a golf cart and the sense circuit needs to see a battery voltage of about 70% by some brochure ware though I did find it switched on at a much lower terminal voltage around 50%.
