An Electrical Accident Analysis

Dear

In 66kv Substation 10nos 11kv feeders. A person taking line clear of say feederA and work on it at tail end of feeder with local earthing That time other feeder say B triped on heavy fault conductor broken. and the person working on feeder A got shocked, both feeder no any crossing both opposite each other,is it possible? If yes than how?

Draw a diagram and look for pathway...

What does it mean "a person taking line clear of say feeder A and work on it at tail end of feeder with local earthing?" Which end? Can you provide some sketches?

Person working on feeder A after completely isolating earthing provided at work place; feeder B tripped and person working on feeder A got shocked. Is it possible?
