Pretty much any major technical university in the US will have one or both programs. However, the question wasn't clear that you were seeking information regarding educational programs. Is that what you sought. If so try Cal Poly, Cal Davis, Cal Berkeley sites, they have good programs.

If that is what bcassa is looking for, here's several near me. Penn State, Drexel and Millersville Universities in Pennsylvania; Rutgers, New Brunswick and Richard Stockton College in New Jersey.
