Take the manufacturers' part numbers and contact details, and talk to their technical helplines. There may be a point where discussions reach the 'commercially sensitive' point, so know when to stop.

Another approach would be to apply for employment so as to glean something from them at interview.

Procurement's easy. Right click, save picture as ...

These are some I "procured" from 'Orrible (but would be too gentlemanly to use (on CR4, anyhow)).

Welcome.

Design & manufacture not so easy - you'll need something that can produce animated ".gif"s, such as Adobe Imageready, Jasc Paint Shop Pro or Macromedia Fireworks.

There are probably loads of dedicated smilie programs around as well, but I don't know any.

Design and Manufacture of the type of Transformers you mention is a highly technical procedure and you can learn from books and hands-on experience. Try M.G.Say's Performance and Design of A.C. Machines as a starter. J&P Transformer Book is good. Delphi

Dear Guest ,

These are huge topics to discuss and answer , you can learn somewhere else through books , internet , small ?? time courses if available in your region and than post your doubts and start a discussion , you can start from observing small transformers dailly used by us in house holds , measure voltages ,try assembling , winding a transformer and than go for these bigger ones , manufacturing......???? forget it!! you can recruit proffessionals for this if you intend to put up a bussiness and have all requirement fulfilled ......best luck
