Are you just looking for HF, or other compounds as well?
I have seen various methods for monitoring HF, including automated ion specific electrode monitors, ion mobility spectrometers and open path IR systems.
If you are talking about chem cassettes, they used to be made by MDA. I believe that they are now sold by Zellweger.
You may consider insitu TDL based gas analyzers that will measure acid gases like HF etc online and provide real time readings, ideal for pot rooms to detect leakages at very low levels to save money and also avoid break-downs, if you are interested please let me know
