People die when your task is done incorrectly. Perhaps a bunch of anonymous pranksters on the internet who sometimes interrupt their fun for a serious responses are not the best design resource.

Perhaps assistance would improve if you list the country you are in, the requirement you are trying to comply with and explain what part of the requirement you don't understand.

Fundamentally, if safety is involved and you are not fully knowledgeable then the correct course of action is to find someone who is.

You need to follow your local electrical standards and codes which should detail this (but vary from country to country so we cannot say what your particular requirements are).

Also, ensure you are using proper professional static discharge systems if this is also in your scope of supply (suppliers such as Newson-Gale for European standards protection gear) (again depending on your country).

Easy. Use a qualified Electrical Engineer.

You mean pay not use right? Use implies we will do it all for free.

That suggests there isn’t one on the payroll, which has not been established in reality.
