why motor body(yoke) not magnetized in operation.

The magnetic field generated by the stator windings in the motor is not strong enough to magnetize the housing... plus the stator doesn't move in relation to the housing...

"To become magnetized, another strongly magnetic substance must enter the magnetic field of an existing magnet. ... When you rub a piece of iron along a magnet, the north-seeking poles of the atoms in the iron line up in the same direction. The force generated by the aligned atoms creates a magnetic field."

MMF is not strong enough to flow through the normally cast iron body / aluminium or steel fabricated body .
