Pressure Measurement

what is a good pressure inducer for measuring the psi of liquid nitrogen under pressure?

Don't know where your based but any gauge manufacturer should be able to help with a full safety pattern dial gauge. You need to supply them with the pressure, dial size and type of fitting required.
