Its widly used in industry for cleaner,

the main parts are ut transducer and driver. I woder how much power do you hopt to get?

you can paste the tranducer at the bottom of basin, then use hf power drive it shock.

you can make it us an ordinary audio power amplifier.( no transformer as output media)

It's a specialality subject. Power requirents depends on tub, water quantity and objects in the tub. One most importent thing is tuning the out put og the electronic generator to the tub with and with out load. Any small change in the tub phycal properties will fail the tuning.

Dear Guest ,

Your answers sounds good !

Can you elobrate the process of tunning and calculation of power rating w.r.t the tank & transducers with some example .

regards

Very interesting. We clean metal surgical instruments in our L&R dual frequency ultrasonic. It does perform very differently ay times. Yours may be the answer. Thanks.

Technically, the transducer load is really a capacitive load where the transducer becomes part of the output "tank" circuit (not to be confused with the liquid tank). A lot of them are designed to oscillate around the 40 Khz mark, though they can be made to oscillate at any frequency. The frequency is really dependent upon the transducer and associated components and the power would be determined by the handling capacity of the transducer.

I was a grad student in biochemistry when we used an ultrasonic probe, referred to as the dildo, to liquify dead rats. And my fingers get very uncomfortable very quickly in our small ultrasonic bath.
