A blimp kind of looks like a fish. Nature usually finds the most efficient solution. Maybe a blimp could swim through the air like a fish.

Yes I think with front mounted elevators and a large articulating prop at the rear, this would work....the ability to steer into the wind at times and overcome the speed, up to say a reasonable 30 mph, would enable the airship to be sailed like a motor sailboat....a computerized steering system would be a plus...
