What will happen if more than two generators are running in synchronous mode and we will keep the ngr of any two generator in line?

When Two Generators operate in parallel, there will be 3rd harmonic circulation current through neutral path, which is not permissible, therefore one of the neutrals should be floating, when these operate in parallel. Therefore only one neutral to be earthed.

When Two sets are operating in parallel you have to make one neutral floating and other neutral to be connected to the earth thro NGR.If the sets are in operation individually then NGR to be connected to the circuit.
