How do we will calculate the number and capacity of compressor required for a weaving shed having 132 toyota air jet machine running round the clock through out the year???
Toyota guys mentioned free or compressed air m3/hr per each loom @ bar x 132 = total free/compressed air required m3/hr @ bar pressure.
Add 25% and select nearest compressor. Discuss with client minimum, average & maximum looms at any time operating. Divide Compressors into 2/3 accordingly with the nos of looms in operation ensuring that any time the compressor's load do not drop below 65%.
